2. Services Provided
Hair Transplants Melbourne offers the following services:
•Initial consultations and assessments
•Hair transplant procedures

All services are provided by qualified professionals and are subject to availability and individual suitability.
3. Appointments and Consultations
•Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly.
•Consultation Fee: Hair transplant consultations incur a fee of $150 to be paid at the time of booking the appointment. See our website for details.
•Consultation Cancellation Policy: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the $150 consultation fee.
•Missed Appointments: Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will forfeit the consultation fee.
4. Payments and Pricing
•Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, including Amex, debit cards and bank transfers. Surcharges apply for credit card and tap and go transactions. Finance options available.
•Payment Terms: Payments for services must be made upfront unless an installment plan has been agreed upon.
•Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are not provided for completed services. If a procedure is canceled by the client, any prepaid amounts may be refunded based on the timing and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Conditions for Hair Transplant Bookings
•21 Days’ Notice: Your initial deposit ($2900) will be refunded in full if HTM is provided at least 21 days’ notice before your procedure date. This is because we generally only book one case per day, and it is hard to get people in at short notice.
•Less than 21 Days’ Notice: Your initial deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your booking within 21 days of the procedure date unless you have a medical certificate or some serious reason for not coming. If your date CAN be filled with a comparable case, we will refund the $2900 in full.
•Day of Procedure: If you do not arrive by 7:30 am, the theatre manager will call your mobile number. If there is no answer, we will call once every 5 minutes, up to 3 times. If you have not arrived by 7:30 am and we cannot contact you, we are authorized to contact your listed next of kin (NOK) or emergency contact. If your NOK does not know your whereabouts, we will cancel the theatre and inform the staff. Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not turn up for theatre by 7:30 am at the latest. No exceptions. If you wish to rebook, you need to pay another deposit to secure a future date. No exceptions.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
•Providing accurate and complete medical history and information.
•Following pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions provided by the clinic.
•Attending all scheduled follow-up appointments.
